That gap is why Rockwall Demolition Pros exists. We do the boring, professional, paperwork-heavy parts of demolition that homeowners and GCs shouldn't have to manage themselves. The mini-excavator work is the easy part. The Oncor scheduling, the asbestos inspection coordination, the City of Rockwall application, the HOA ARC submission, that's the part that actually keeps a job on schedule.

What you can expect

• Free on-site quote within 48 hours. No deposit to quote. We come walk the project and ask the questions you didn't know to ask.
• Written quote, fixed price. Line-item scope. Permit fee passed through at cost. The only thing that moves between signing and walkthrough is the permit fee, not the labor, not the equipment, not the haul-off.
• Permit pulled. We handle the application with your city (Rockwall, Heath, Fate, Royse City, Forney, Rowlett, or east Garland). The permit number is on your invoice.
• Utility disconnects coordinated. Oncor, Atmos, and city water all scheduled and confirmed 5 to 10 days before demo. Not something you have to chase down.
• Debris hauled to licensed disposal. Concrete to a recycler. Wood and mixed C&D to licensed transfer stations. Pressure-treated wood to the correct disposal stream. Never to a regular landfill.
• Final walkthrough before final payment. You sign off. Final amount due only after you do.

What we don't do

We don't do build-back. We don't frame, drywall, paint, side, or finish anything. We don't do tree work (we partner with a tree service when access requires it). We don't do plumbing or electrical rough-in, we cap, and your trade connects. Knowing what we're not is part of how we keep being good at what we are.

Travel is included for jobs within 20 minutes of our Rockwall base. Beyond that we add a small mobilization fee, always shown on the written quote.
